Lourdes Hospital Celebrates the International Women’s Day

KOCHI:
Lourdes Hospital Kochi conducted a Mini Run for the women employees on 8th March 2022 as part of the International Women’s Day at Queensway Kochi.

The event was flagged off by Actress Veena Nair, she addressed all the women Lourdeans encouraged them to strike the right balance between home and the challenging work front of providing Health care services. Hospital Director and CEO Rev Fr.Shaiju Augustine Thoppil motivated the Lourdeans to be empowered by being fully aware about their health, finance and social well being. The event started off with a lively Zumba session headed by the Instructor Aruna Jayaprakash.

Associate Director Rev Fr.George Sequeria, Nursing Superintendent Rev Sr.Dhanya Joseph , Lab in Charge Sr.Jotsna enthusiastically participated in the Mini Run.

Fr Shaiju anounced Exclusive Health Package for Women and Zumba classes at Lourdes to drive home the fact that healthy mind and body drives healthy families.The Gynaecology Department headed by Dr. Praveena organized an Interactive Zoom session and Poster Competition to bring light to Women’s Health Matters on this occasion.
