Jaro Education, a leading edtech firm imparting best-in-class executive education programmes for working professionals, has announced the launch of the Leadership Development Program for its employees. The program will focus on developing the talent pool of the organization to take on greater roles and responsibilities in the various domains of the organization.
Over 100+ employees will benefit from this in-house programme. The cohort will comprise of Business Development Executives, Senior Support Executives, Team Leads, Assistant Managers, Managers, among others. The training program will cover aspects of leadership styles, organizational change, group dynamics, building high-performance teams, strategic planning, leadership through innovation, managing conflict, building an ethical company along with other crucibles of leadership.

The in-house curated training program will be facilitated by various industry leaders and academicians. The program will follow a case-based pedagogy with a focus on robust group discussions, presentations, and assignments.
