STIC has recently installed Inductively Coupled Mass Spectrometer (ICP-MS) (Make/ Model Thermo Fisher iCAP RQ ICP- MS) and Powder X-Ray Diffractometer (Make/ Model: Bruker D8 Advance Twin- Twin) in its SAIF Lab.
The ICP-MS laboratory was inaugurated by Prof. K. P. Sudheer ,The Executive Vice President, Kerala State Council for Science, Technology and Environment (KSCSTE) and the XRD Laboratory was inaugurated by Prof. K.N. Madhusoodanan, Vice-Chancellor, CUSAT on 2nd July 2019. In the presence of Director i/c, STIC Dr. J. Jagannath Bhat, and Governing council members of STIC Dr. N.S. Pradeep, Senior Scientist, Malabar Botanical Garden & Institute for Plant Sciences, Dr. A. Mujeeb, Director , International School of Photonics and Paul V.
John, Scientist, and other staff members of STIC.
