MOODS, one of India’s most popular condom brands from HLL Lifecare Limited (HLL), has won this year’s ‘Prestigious Brands of Asia Awards’, further strengthening its credibility as a brand that provides pleasure and protection.

The award felicitates the success of Asia’s ‘most extolled brands with microscopic engagement in consumer’s contentment’ and which has ‘par excellence trends and strategies to expand the economy’.
“It is an honour to receive this award for MOODS. This prestigious award is a true recognition of our commitment to quality and customer delight. It’s truly a great global recognition, Shri Khandelwal said.
“We rank among the leading producers of condoms in the world, with the capacity to produce 2 billion condoms annually, using the finest technology available and with a highly qualified and experienced team in charge of every step of the process,” he added.
Launched in 1987 as the HLL’s flagship condom brand, MOODS comes in 19 variants and it is exported to more than 33 countries in Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Europe, South America and the Caribbean Islands.
MOODS, a condom made from natural rubber latex, was nominated for the marketing excellence award in the ‘Health’ category by market research firm ERTC (Eslol Research Trend and Consulting), which based the nominations on several primary and secondary surveys conducted across the Asia-Pacific Region among target audience.
The evaluation of surveys comprised parameters like marketing and communication strategy, vision and mission, market share, brand performance, unique selling preposition and growth.
