THIRUVANANTHAPURAM:
Group of Technology Companies (GTech), the industry body of IT & ITeS companies in Kerala, has announced a new set of office bearers for the next cycle 2018-2020. Alexander Varghese, the Chief Administrative Officer & Country Head of UST Global, has been elected as the Chairman of GTech. Dinesh Thampi, VP & Delivery Center Head of TCS Kerala is the new Secretary.
Commenting on his new role, Alexander Varghese, Chairman, GTech, added, “We are in the pursuit of creating the right ecosystem for IT/ITeS industries in Kerala. GTech will continue to work with the Government and other Industry bodies to achieve this objective focusing on creating a collaborative work culture with startups and SMEs. GTech has been instrumental in bringing key changes in the IT and ITeS community in the state of Kerala.”
Group of Technology Companies (GTech) is the collaborative of Information Technology (IT) and Business Process Management (BPM) organisations in Kerala, India. GTech provides the platform for domain and technology companies from across the world for enterprise and strategic alliances with Member Organisations. GTech is the reference point for the IT Industry in the State and works alongside the Government of Kerala in promoting the State as an ideal IT/BPM destination. GTech contributes, through various initiatives, to the overall welfare of entrepreneurs and professionals in the industry, enabling an ecosystem best suited for transformative and inclusive growth.
