There is a positive update regarding the unfortunate armed robbery incident that occurred at our Bagalur-Hosur Rd Branch yesterday, January 22, , 2021. All the seven robbers who had looted 23 kg gold worth Rs. 10 crore from the branch have been arrested by the police authorities within 24 hours of the incident and taken into custody.
Moreover, all of the gold stolen by the robbers has been fully recovered today morning, January 23, 2021. We would like to thank Telangana Police, Tamil Nadu Police & Karnataka Police for their swift probe and actions which ensured quick capture of the robbers and full recovery of the stolen gold that is currently kept at Cyberabad Police Station. We would like to place on record our appreciation for the DGPs of Telangana and Tamil Nadu and all police officials of both states that have supported us. We are in dialogue with the authorities and through our continued co-operation we are hopeful that the gold will be given back to us soon so that we can release it to the respective owner customers.
