Entries Invited for Prof. M.V. Pylee Award

KOCHI:
Cochin University of Science and Technology has invited nominations for Prof. M.V. Pylee award 2017 for the distinguished academician in the country.
The award consists of a cash award of Rs. one lakh, citation and memento. Vice Chancellors, Senior Professors, Researchers, Educationists, Eminent personalities, old students and current students could nominate a distinguished teacher for the award. Self- nominations are not accepted.
The award is proposed to be given to a Professor of an Indian University, a National Institute or an Organization, who has contributed much to the field of higher education. The awardee is expected to be an excellent teacher, good researcher, research guide, a great institution builder, a great team leader, a national leader in higher education, an educationist, educational planner and a visionary of future programmes in higher education.
