THIRUVANANTHAPURAM:
Good2Great (G2G) Management Services, set up with an objective to offer boutique management consulting services, led by former HLL Lifecare Ltd (HLL) CMD Dr M. Ayyappan, will be launched by ‘Metro Man’ E. Sreedharan here on Monday (June 5).
G2G aims to provide management consultancy services to industries, government institutions and startups. It focuses on building a competent value-based leadership for developing and executing sustainable
Sreedharan, who is the Chief Mentor of G2G, will launch the organization at a function that begins at Mascot Hotel at 10.30 am. Former Kerala Chief Secretary Jiji Thomson will participate in the inaugural function and he would also chair the panel discussion later. Dr K.P. Haridas, chairman, Lords Hospital and K.Nandakumar, President and CEO, SunTec will be among the notable attendees at the function.
Former Becton Dickinson and Co Managing Director Manoj Gopalakrishna is G2G’s Managing Director while George Thomas, who has around four decades of experience in the banking sector, is the Director.
“There are several institutions in India which can be shaped up to become great organizations of global standards. Such a goal can be achieved if the leadership of these institutions is strengthened through better management practices,”Dr Ayyappan said, adding: “ G2G, will provide mentoring and consulting support for organizations to attain their full potential.”
He said the renowned management guru Jim Collins’s, ‘Good to Great’ principles, has provided the inspiration to incubate this consulting firm. “Value-based leadership along with enterprise performance is needed for building great organizations,” he stressed.
