Cardamom Estates’ Registration Date Extended to March 31

IDUKKI:
The Government of Kerala has extended the date for registration of cardamom estates to March 31, 2017.
Under sub section (1) of Section 8 of Spices Board Act, 1986, every owner of land planted with cardamom, whether such land is part of one estate or more than one estate, is required to apply for registration of his/her estate.
The previous deadline for the registration of the cardamom estates was September 30, 2015.
