THIRUVANANTHAPURAM:
US-headquartered Armada, a pioneer in Edge Computing and Artificial Intelligence (AI) products, inaugurated its expanded office in the Embassy Taurus Niagara building at Technopark Phase III campus.
The new facility was inaugurated by Pradeep Nair, Founding CTO of Armada, in the presence of Col Sanjeev Nair (Retd), CEO, Technopark; Sarath Chandran, MD & Head, Armada India; Anish Swaminathan, VP of Engineering; Technopark officials, Embassy representatives, and Armada India staff.
Armada, which began its India operations at Technopark a year ago with a 28-seater facility, has now scaled up to a 150+ seater office, reflecting its rapid growth and strong potential. “The biggest ambassadors of Technopark are our companies, and Armada is a fine example of that,” noted Col Sanjeev Nair (Retd).
“Technopark provides a conducive ecosystem with world-class infrastructure, comprehensive support services, significant cost advantages, and access to exceptional talent,” said Sarath Chandran.
“Initially, we were exploring spaces outside Technopark to start our India operations, but it was the Park’s leadership that encouraged us to set up within the campus and accelerate the process,” added Pradeep Nair.
Armada has built a strong R&D base in Kerala, employing a large team of engineers, product managers, and designers, and continues to expand its workforce. The company was recently ranked #2 on LinkedIn’s Top Startups in Seattle list. While the US and Middle East remain its key markets, Armada is now gearing up for broader global expansion, including India.
From Technopark to the world, Armada is engineering the next generation of intelligent edge systems that redefine industrial autonomy. Through its collaboration with DeepIQ, the company is bringing intelligence closer to where data is created—enabling real-time decision-making and smarter, more resilient industrial operations. With its India operations scaling rapidly, Armada remains focused on delivering field-tested, real-world AI solutions that drive sustainable innovation across sectors.
Armada is expanding its operations in Technopark and is seeking exceptional engineering, product, and AI talent. This offers a unique opportunity to work alongside some of the best tech minds in the world. Current openings are listed on the careers section of their website.
