Port Muziris, a Tribute Portfolio hotel in Nedumbassery to organise ‘Curry Culture’ by recreating curries from various destinations of Kerala. Curries being an integral part of Kerala cuisine, for the ‘Curry Culture’ only farm fresh and locally produced ingredients are used to authentically replicate the rich diverse culture and age old food habits.
Executive Chef Ashok Eapen and team has curated a menu as diverse as our culture and by carefully analysing the specialities of the season for the ‘Curry Culture’. Some of the signature dishes include Konju theeyal, meen chatti valla curry, suriani meen ulli roast, pineapple nendra masala, mutton chaps etc. The experience will also have an elaborate section of pickles, preserves, chutney, seasonal produce used in vivid forms and local delicacies to relish.
