The Nature Club of the Department of Biotechnology of Cochin University of Science and Technology organized ‘World Environmental Day Awareness Programme’ at CUSAT Restaurant premises.

friendly cloth bags was inaugurated by Registrar, Dr. S. David Peter. ‘Shakti’, the women’s wing of Swadeshi Science Movement of Bharath organized exhibition of cloth bags and other environment friendly goods. Posters were displayed to spread the awareness about the bad effects of plastic on the eco-system.
